Painter‑Blaster Course
10-day intensive on-site training combining painter-blaster fundamentals with NORSOK M-501, epoxy and ethyl silicate paint instruction, ending with an exam and two certificates. As certified inspectors collaborating with Norwegian companies on offshore coating supervision and site testing, we know which skills are needed to work on platforms.

- System 1A and 1B, Norwegian offshore industry requirements, painting specifications
- Sandblasting, shot blasting: surface preparation to Sa 2½ requirements
- St2/St3 normative methods, grinders, scrapers: ISO 8501 standards
- Delamination and sub-coating corrosion repair methods, touch-up procedures
- Brush application: System 1A primer coat — the most challenging element of site tests
- Pressure adjustment, nozzle selection, safety procedures for airless equipment
- Large surface application, equipment calibration and cleaning
- Gun selection, pressure regulation, paint application
